I am so excited to Coach U14 Team.  I want to improve my players to be the best ball handlers they can be.  My play time philosophy is that all players will play nearly equally, because this team is about developing all the players to be as well rounded as possible.  They should all set, spike, pass and serve.  We want to create lasting memories that are like the memories I still have of my young volleyball years.  Team bonding, tournaments and playing the sport we love with the aim to be the best players on the court eventually!
