I have been coaching volleyball at the club and high school level for 27 years.

I learned the sport of volleyball in high school by volunteering as our high school team manager.

After graduating high school I began coaching club.

My coaching philosophy is simple.  Make it fun. Sports at the core are supposed to be fun for young athletes.

Make no mistake, my teams are disciplined, work hard, and put in maximum effort as well.

I also believe that it is the responsibility of a coach to understand each players unique personality and motivations.

We will work hard, have fun, learn some life lessons, and grow as individuals through the sport of volleyball.
