Langley Jackson, Head Coach U13 Team - BRVBA

2019/20 U13  Head Coach Blue Royals

2018/19  U16 Assistant Coach (different club)

Hi Everyone,

I started playing around with a volleyball when I was 6 years old. I grew up loving the sport.

I played in elementary, middle school, high school, and continued playing in junior college. In high school I also played club volleyball, as well as refed and coached k-8 at the boys and girls club. At the end of my years of high school I also coached for Holy Rosary Edmonds for 7th/8th. After high school I got the opportunity to play at Edmonds Community College as a libero/ds and why I was there I also coached high school premiere rec league for boys and girls club. I have also played volleyball after college on rec adult leagues, both indoor and outdoor. Last year was my first-year coaching club and I love the sport. This is my first year with Blue Royals and I am excited to help these girls strive for a better volleyball future.

I want these girls to go out and play their best, but also have fun. I want each player to end up playing this sport for growth and maybe end up playing at a higher level someday. I like to be competitive, but I also want these girls to go out and play as a team because volleyball is a team sport.

Aside from volleyball I am a mom to a 1 and a half year old girl and work in the office department at a retirement home and I am in school finishing my degree towards business major. I say I’m super energetic and have high spirit, but I also can be structured when it comes to certain situations. I’m excited for this season and to have Coach Allison on my side with her club experience.
